Tino Silva is a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive experience helping individuals, couples, and families create healthier relationships and more fulfilling lives. Licensed in Nevada, California, and Arizona, Tino brings a holistic, personalized approach to therapy that honors each client's unique story and cultural background.
Tino specializes in working with couples navigating communication challenges, trust issues, and relational conflict, as well as individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration. Dr. Pavlatos-Delavoye, Psychiatrist
Dr. Pavlatos-Delavoye is a board-certified psychiatrist who brings integrative, compassionate psychiatric care to clients at Nugent Family Counseling Center's Reno location. With extensive medical training and years of clinical experience, Dr. Pavlatos-Delavoye specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and complex mental health challenges.
Dr. Pavlatos-Delavoye believes in a holistic, collaborative approach to mental health care. She works closely with our therapy team to coordinate treatment plans that combine medication management with counseling, neurofeedback, and other therapeutic interventions. Her goal is always to treat the whole person—not just symptoms.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Pavlatos-Delavoye has a background in medical education and has served as a clinical instructor, training the next generation of physicians in psychiatry and integrated care.

Timothy Rose, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant based in Reno, Nevada, specializing in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and Acute Care. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Sullivan University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences.
Tim has a diverse clinical background spanning outpatient psychiatry, addiction treatment, and urgent care. He currently provides psychiatric medication management and outpatient mental health services, with experience in detoxification, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. In urgent care settings, he has managed high patient volumes across diverse pt populations
