With Mountain EAP, your employees get a face-to-face assessment and work toward solving the employee’s issue(s) immediately. "Referral only" EAPs typically do this consultation over the phone.
Mountain EAP provides you with highly trained and professional staff (Master and Doctoral Levels). "Out-of-state" programs have low reimbursement rates and therefore must contract with younger and less experienced local providers who do not know the expertise of the professional community well enough to make appropriate referrals when necessary.
