Step 1)  If you are a returning client, please make sure you have Skype installed on the computer with which you intend to do video therapy.

Step 2)  Make sure your computer has the proper equipment necessary for Skype.

Step 3)  Then, simply call to make an appointment with a counselor:  775.322.6066 or 800.449.4902
*Make sure to give the receptionist your Skype Username and a backup phone number

Step 4)  At your appointment time, your counselor will call you via Skype.
